Description
LBB127 is a 250V, 200mA, 10Ω, dual normally closed (1-Form-B) Solid State Relay that comprises two independently controlled, optically coupled MOSFET switches. It is provided in an 8-pin package, and employs optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750Vrms of input to output isolation.
