HSPI characteristics

Unless otherwise specified, the parameters given in the table below are derived from tests

performed under the ambient temperature, fAHB frequency and VDD supply voltage

conditions summarized in Table 32, with the following configuration:

•

Output speed set to OSPEEDRy[1:0] = 11

•

Measurement points done at 0.5 × VDD level

•

I/O compensation cell activated

•

HSLV activated when VDD ≤ 2.7 V

•

Voltage scaling range 1 unless otherwise specified

Refer to Section 5.3.14: I/O port characteristics for more details on the input/output alternate

function characteristics.

Unless otherwise specified, the parameters given in Table 140 and Table 141 are derived

from tests performed under the ambient temperature, fAHB frequency and VDD supply

voltage conditions summarized in Table 32, with the following configuration:

Capacitive load CL = 30 pF, unless otherwise specified

•
