Description

The PTRA094858NF is a 400-watt Doherty LDMOS transistor intended for

use in multi-standard cellular power amplifier applications in the 859

to 960 MHz frequency band. Features include input and output match-

ing, high gain and thermally-enhanced package with earless flange.

Manufactured with Wolfspeed's advanced LDMOS process, this device

provides excellent thermal performance and superior reliability.
