Notes 1. Outputs are open-circuit; inputs at VDD or VSS; I2C-bus inactive; external clock with 50% duty factor. 2. Resets all logic when VDD <VPOR. 3. Periodically sampled, not 100% tested. 4. Resistance of output terminals (R1 to R40 and C1 to C101) with IL =20 µA; VOP =VDD − VLCD = 9 V; outputs measured one at a time. 5.
