Notes:
7. Power-saving alternative to Thevenin termination.
8. Place termination resistors as close to destination inputs as possible.
9. Rb resistor set the DC bias voltage, equal to VT.
10. For 2.5V systems, Rb = 19Ω. For 3.3V systems, Rb = 50Ω.
