1. Product Overview

1.1 General Description

ASL21G is low noise high gain amplifier applicable to from about a few hundred MHz to about 3 GHz and

especially for use in the RF front-end of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and Compass. Power saving function

is built in. Low noise performance is kept over the wide range of power enable voltage and DC power

supply voltage.

1.2 Features

 21.5 dB of Gain at 1575 MHz, Vsupply = +1.8 V, Idd = 6 mA

 0.75 dB of NF at 1575 MHz, Vsupply = +1.8 V, Idd = 6 mA

 24 dB of Gain at 1575 MHz, Vsupply = +3 V, Idd = 11 mA

 0.70 dB of NF at 1575 MHz, Vsupply = +3 V, Idd = 11 mA

 Power ON/OFF Function

 Supply Voltage = +1.8 ~ +5.0 V

 300 ~ 3000 MHz low power consumption, high gain, and low noise application

 GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and Compass LNA
