It features IGBT desaturation detection with soft-shutdown protection and fault feedback, undervoltage lockout and feedback, and active Miller current clamping in a SO-16 package. Direct LED input with or without integrated LED driver allows flexible logic configuration and differential current mode driving with low input impedance, greatly increasing its noise immunity. |
