Outputvoltageisdigitallyselectablein50mVincrements overa0.8Vto1.8Vrange.Amarginingfunctionallows theusertoadjustsystemoutputvoltageinincrementsof ±1%,±3%or±5%.TheICincorporatesauniquetracking functiontocontrolabuckregulatorpoweringtheLT3070’s input.Thistrackingfunctiondrivesthebuckregulatorto maintain the LT3070’s input voltage to VOUT+300mV, minimizingpowerdissipation.
