Introduction

This document is an engineering report describing a 6.5 VDC, 600 mA CV/CC Charger

utilizing a TNY266P.

The TNY266P is implemented as both a switch and controller into a Flyback converter.

Cancellation techniques are adopted in the transformer design to make the power supply

meet EMI without Y capacitors.

The document contains the power supply specification, schematic, bill of materials,

transformer documentation, printed circuit layout, and performance data.
