1. RF output divider (÷MO) has an incremental increase in current as the divider value increases. This specification is the incremental
current change per output divider step. For example, current of divide-by-2 is 6.5mA more than divide-by-1, current of divide-by-4 is 7mA
more than divide-by-2, and so on. The total increase from 1 to 64 is 6.5mA  7mA  1mA  1.5mA  2mA  2mA = 20mA.
